Grantham is a market town in the county of Lincolnshire with modern amenities and facilities in the town and a range of excellent attractions in its surrounding countryside. Typical architecture of the town includes the Red House on North Parade and the 19th century Victorian Gothic Guildhall on St Peters Hill. It also boasts the UKs only "living pub sign" which is a hive of bees mounted to the building of the pub called The Beehive. Wyndham Park is a beautiful place to relax, enjoying its river and outdoor sculptures showcasing the history of Grantham. 7 miles south of Grantham is Woolsthorpe Manor, the 17th century birthplace and family home of Sir Isaac Newton and which now features a Science Discovery Centre.
