In addition to a choice of vehicle, when you book your car hire in Valdaro you can also select from a range of additional services. Whether you need to add another driver, hire a ski rack or snow chains, or perhaps rent a baby car seat for your precious cargo, you can do all this at the time of booking. Please note that we can only guarantee a car from a chosen category, not a specific model.
The small village of Valdaro is located within the Regional Vallazza Reserve, a green wetland offering plenty to do for walkers, nature lovers or boating enthusiasts. The city of Mantua is a short, 15 minute drive from the village. Here the famous Lovers of Valdaro are exhibited in the Mantua Archeological Museum. The pair were discovered in a nearby cave, buried together in an embrace and date from Neolithic times. More tales of romance can be enjoyed in Verona, a 40 minute drive from the village and home to the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet. Three of Italy's most important cities, Milan, Venice and Bologna, can all be reached from the village in under two hours. Milan is the country's mecca for fashion and shopping whilst Venice's waterways make for a most pleasant day trip. The Medieval city of Bologna is home to the famous Piazza Maggiore and the its own pair of leaning towers.
